The thing is though, he actually puts in the work unlike the other webmasters, and for his many many faults, he's still somehow better than the others.
Archaic (if he's even still around anymore after ORAS, since I've heard dick all about him) is the biggest twat of them all, thinking Nintendo actually acknowledged his contributions by naming Arceus after him. He's Bulbapedo for a reason because of the secret mod forum sex threads, and he sold out his site for monetization at the expense of the editors who actually do the work (and usually rip off Serebii because he'll always have it faster and more accurate than they'll ever have it).
Probably the least egregious of the big three is Jon from Pokebeach, but he's so stuck up his own asshole and has such a victim complex that he's just plain unlikable. Plus he has the work ethic of a slug, and even with people helping him run the site now and making money off of membership there isn't much to the site besides news that you could get easier and more detailed elsewhere without shitty perspectives on it. From his 2deep4you opinions on Pokemon Movies (because he's a film student and he's assblasted he'll never even get to in the credits of a Pokemon movie either Japanese produced or American produced), to the fact that his greatest achievement was almost getting kicked out of Japan 5 years ago for doing something clearly illegal, he's really just not even worth thinking about anymore.
The fact that everyone is obsessed with Joe and acts like they're shocked he's not the nice guy they thought he was all along shows how bored people are that there's no webmaster wars this gen to pick sides on.
