Anyone know how to homebrew for 11.2 update?

I really want to inject all my mons for competitive play once S/M comes out and do not want to go through the process of breeding 10 boxes of competitive mons for the 4th time.

I feel like I remember super/ultra training means you can boost a pokemon's IVs as well as their EVs so literally any pokemon can be made competition ready. Is that not true?

No one is sure how to get the bottle caps as of now so it may not be a viable option. Probably an event item or some shit.

Plus they removed horde battles so EV training mons will be much more tedious than the previous gen.

I'm on 11.1 and need to wait until the new exploit. Also anyone know how you buy from the eshop without updating? I want to buy the fieldrunners shit but it tells me I need to update first.
