So does it have Volt Absorb by default now, or is it just completely fucked?

I've been wanting a volt absorb raikou for-fucking-ever and I'm really gonna be pissed if trollfreak decided "naw, fuck that shit. You get either pressure or inner focus now. Deal with it."

Volt Absorb, Flash Fire, and Water Absorb are kill, all you get now is Pressure or Inner Focus.
