Random crystals, changed the jaw shape, random sides of his body are crystalline with dumb circles, but most importantly... 3D gens turned his shiny color from solid gold to what could be argued as a rubber-ducky-yellow, or close to it. Oh, and it gets fucking Sand Force. Are you serious?
The only saving grace of its Mega is the fact that it boosts its shitty Sp. Def. That's it.
