it needs some way to utilize its speed, like it has taunt but it cant wall break, it has volt switch but it features no passive pressure or pressure at all really due to nonexistent coverage and weak stab, what is it supposed to be doing
if gamefreak is gonna throw it a bone they should give it a well crafted signature move or two, not dart-at-a-wall stat buffs
