After reading some more posts I believe that it's the party count that matters and other people say that if it's >3 it will crash. Anyway, if you remember, yesterday I bypassed the crash with a party only consisting of ONE level 100 hacked Latios

http://i.4cdn.org/vp/1479020449588.png in a build that doesn't have the FPS drop (15-09 gdmk build). Unfortunately, this build is very prone to random freezes everywhere although there is no FPS drop (crashes occur once every 45 minutes approximately and in random places).
By NO FPS DROP I mean that moving from inside to overworld will cause a frame drop but the FPS will not drop over time (so a building with 72 FPS will always be 72 FPS for me no matter when I access it.)
This is also the build that plays the credits at about 300 FPS.
