Has nothing to do with it, but I will give you some of my background to justify my reasoning.
I'm a biologist, working on my masters degree, so I have had quite the interactions with different academics, and had a glimpse into the academic world. With thatt, I can say that Oak and Rowan resemble th old but still passionate scientist that had actually acomplished shit. Kukui seems to be a dude that has just completed a PostDoc and now is free to do what he wants, but is still young. Sycamore is the dude that has too much stuff in his hands, but doesn't do anything and deledates his work to his postgrade students. Above Birch because he obviously can get funding for everything, and has a really cool intitute. Birch is a simple ecologist. Might as well be a hischool profesor. Elm is shit and too distracted to actually do something. I don't actually remember wha Juniper did. Bianca is a better professor than her.
