One island gives you the option to grow berries.
One island lets your pokemon search for shards that you can trade in for things in the Festival Plaza
One island lets you EV train pokemon easily
The final island lets you raise pokemon's happiness and you can dunk eggs in the hotspring to make them hatch faster (Converted to hatch in real time rather than running up and down)
