No. For one, there's no precedent for Game Freak doing that; Two, that'd freeze out 3DS owners without a reliable internet connection, and since this is a game for 10-year-olds, it'd be a higher number than you'd think.
Believe it or not, we're a small and ultimately unimportant part of their customer base, and the leak info isn't penetrating to their core demographic and changing their minds about purchasing or not. They may not like leaks, but they're not going to cut off their noses to spite their faces.
