Buy some repels, a couple Adrenaline Orbs, and get yourself Pokémon that wont kill a level 15ish Corsola in one hit. Aditionally, if you want the Merciless ability, bring some way to paralyze the Mareanie since it has either Merciless or Limber.
1. Go to the ocean next to Kukui's house and go in the middle of the 3 big rocks and there should be a fishing spot.
2. If there are bubbles then fish there, if not then head towards the shore until it tells you that you're in the Hau'oli Outskirts and go back to the spot. What this does is refreshes the spot and allows you to find more "Rare Pokémon" (this is what the bubbles indicate)
3. Repeat step 2 until you find a Corsola.
4. Throw your Adrenaline Orb and get the Corsola down to <50% HP. What this does is increases the chance of the Corsola calling for help.
5. There is a reportedly 1% chance that the Corsola will summon a Mareanie. In the mean time, use stat changing moves that wont affect how much damage the move you're using to lower Corsola's HP and kill each new Corsola.
6. Once the Corsola summons a Mareanie, paralyze it if you want to see what ability it has and either kill the Corsola or the Mareanie if it doesn't have the ability you want.
7. Congrats, you just wasted an hour of your life catching an imaginary creature you could've just traded for once the game actually comes out!
