I tried pkhex for the first time in my life and this happened... I actually backuped my save file before this and reloaded it but it still shows this, any ideas on how to fix?

did you backup your savefile in the same folder as the edited savefile? if so just put the backup somewhere else and import again, jksv is retarded and tries importing both main files at once causing corruption

in save file manager, after you import main, you should always make sure to delete the save token thing (R+X I believe). I apologize for not remembering its name.

Had the same problem just some hours ago. Had to start a new game. The mistake I made was, I tried to import a previous, edited save file to the game. Just make sure the save you want to edit and import back to the game is actually the last one you saved there!

I have no idea what a save token is... i tried pressing r+x after importing and it sent me back to the homebrew menu, then I tried starting the game and I still cant get it

Is that JKSV? Make sure you do not have multiple save files in the import directory.

I just use CTR SaveDataFiler most of the time, and it works fine.

No problem. Look at getting JKSV in the future, as it is a bit more user friendly as others have pointed out. You can use CTR SaveDataFiler if you want to keep using it, though. They both do the same thing, and it is safe to keep both on your system.

Actually, JKSV was always the product code and folder name. People shortened it to JKSM after I released and I honestly don't give a shit, because it was called 3ds save thinger before that.

I'm having the same problem.

I used PKHeX to give myself TMs, more money, and change the natures and IVs of my Pokemon, and now I'm getting a corrupt save.

The new save isn't in the same folder as the exported save, by the way. It's in its own folder.

Anybody have a clue what may have gone wrong?
