Alternatively, catch a bunch of Abras since they can have Synchronise, one of them may have a good nature. You can also use breeding - chuck an Everstone on a male Monster-type pokemon with the nature you want, breed with a female Abra and get some offspring with Synchro and the nature you want.
There are plenty of better ways of doing stuff like this that reduce the RNG factor, and you can always use them again later.
