Basically:
Take your SD card, plug it into a computer, drop the Homebrew starter kit in the root directory.
Google OotHax save, there is a thread on gbatemp. You need the right powersaves file, but there is a whole zip of saves. Download that.
Next start Ocarina, make a save, and exit the game.
Plug the cart into powersaves, and export your save. Look at your save on your computer it will have a 5 digit code like 32202 or something. Open the hax are and find the matching powersaves file. Replace the save on your computer with that file, then reupload that to the Ppt3D cart.
Start the game on your 3DS load the hacked save (it's super obvious, the name is all fucked) and then press A, and it should load into the Homebrew menu.
From there install FTP and save manager and you're good for using PKHex, but can't play the .CIA unless you downgrade.
