Didn't buff and nerf with viability in mind, I only chose buffs and nerfs for Pokemon I felt had the least cancerous fanbases and the most cancerous fanbases respectively. Basically, they're Pokemon who genuinely deserve the buffs and nerfs bestowed on them.

I'd nerf the speed of every Pokemon, to balance it all and end the damn boring speed wars. Setting up requires a lot more tactics than just spamming priority moves and what not.

As for single Pokemon I have no idea, because if their speed is being kept in check they wouldn't need different abilities. But I would buff very weak Pokemon, tweak some movesets according to typing and design (Dedenne should not learn Moonblast, for example, but Rough Play).

Buff Talonflame: Gale Wings should continue working until it reaches 1/3 HP or so, so Stealth Rocks doesn't completely trash it before it can even be sent out.
Buff Gengar: Give it a second and/or Hidden Ability. No reason to just keep Cursed Body on it now that it doesn't get Levitate, and it'll get Gengarfags to shut up.
Buff Ledian: There's no reason something with four fists, Iron Fist, and several punching moves to have 35 Atk and 110 SpD, or for its counterpart Ariados to receive a stat boost and a new signature move while Ledian just gets Air Slash. At least double that Atk.
Buff Zoroark: Illusion is worthless with Team Viewer. Change how the Ability works.
Buff Darmanitan: At least fucking try to make Zen Mode useful. Make it so that any Darmanitan can go into Zen Mode out of battle with a Key/Hold Item, and make the Zen Mode Ability itself into something else entirely.
Nerf Rotom: Remove Levitate and give all the forms something else. It'll keep Wash in check, might give a reason to use one of the other types, and make Fan no longer redundant.
Nerf Thundurus, Tornadus, and Landorus: Do something about their U-Turn and/or Prankster. Don't make them shit, just less annoying.

Targeting their ability to use U-Turn is one of their chief annoyances, so it'd be a hit to the Therians, too. You don't have to make the move U-Turn itself shitty, just stop them from learning it.
My list would probably look different overall if we're just going by VGC '17 rules, since you can't even use the Genies there, but it's best to do something about their prevalence by the time they're available for official use.

I don't mean Lucario, I mean shit like Chesnaught, which is a vocal, defensive minority. Greninja's fanbase and it being shoved down the fans' throats is worse than that, don't kid yourself. Talonflame's fanbase is pretty bad, both before and after the change, though that hit to Gale Wings was too extreme. Don't base how bad a fanbase is on by solely focusing on what furries jerk off to, because they'll jerk off to them regardless of how strong they are.

Buff Darmanitan:

Keep the regular forme the way it is. Zen forme reverts to regular when it switches out and is above 25%.

Zen mode kicks in at 25% now, instead of 50.

Zen mode Darmanitan is Fire/Steel, and its ability becomes Regenerator.

Old Zen Mode stats:

105 / 30 / 105 / 140 / 105 / 55

New stats:

105 / 90 / 115 / 30 / 115 / 25

(matches regular forme's BST)

The idea is that it becomes defensive to protect itself, so it loses Attack and Speed for defense. No Special Attack boost because nobody will run a mixed set on this thing.

Regenerator gives it a second chance, and lets it use a choice set with Flare Blitz recoil and rocks chipping away at it.

Good? Too powerful?

If anything it would be a nerf to Wash and a big one to fan because they lose out on the best parts of their typing. Namely, lack of common weaknesses.

Rotom-W is a lot worse when it gets hit by ground type moves.

Or maybe let Status AND Special moves go through King's Shield. But allow it to get another Shield that blocks Special.

Meaning it has to give up one of its Blocks for a better move set or lose out on a move so it can protect into anything.

Fug Delta Stream now also blocks weakness for Dragon Type too.
