Theres a Zygarde cell outside the entrance. Inside theres a Zygarde cell where Zygarde is supposed to be in XY, a light ball, a life orb, and a big nugget

Ash and his pikachu died while killing Zygarde which is why only the cell and light ball are left. Ash-Greninja fled to the demo but dropped its life orb in the process. Big Nugget is just because it's a cave.

In great Poni meadow, follow the left path towards a marshy area, at the top theres a path that leads to a canyon. Follow the canyon to the end and theres the entrance to terminus cave

you go to this cave, and inside this cave there's the part in OP's pic, where the layout is EXACTLY THE SAME as Zygarde's place in Terminus Cave

Can someone explain how does the Zygarde Cube work? i got 10% Zygarde already but it has Aura Break. How do i get Zygarde with Power Construct? It says i dont have enough cells to add cells to my current Zygarde.

Yes, you can do it as many times as you want, it's like soft reseting. You can also deconstruct other zygarde, but they are destroyed in the process.
