Pkhex doesn't allow illegitimate abilities, unless I haven't tried hard enough.
If you want the fastest no guard user for battle tree/royal spam, just use a permanent mega pidgeot with focus stash.

Much more for your opponent than for you. Opponents are very unlikely to choose low accuracy moves, so you are in a position to benefit from them much more.

Once Japan finds this out, GF is totally making it so gen 1 mon from RBY always have their HA. Maybe this is part of why they are waiting until January to allow importing.

Take a look at what mons we have got in this gen. It's pretty clear they don't care and OHKO moves are banned in VGC anyway so they hardly even care, which is why Scald and ST haven't been nurfed.

It's odd they are allowing RBY pokemon at all considering how many glitches there are. With Charizard M glitch you can fuse pokemon such that one pokemon receives the moveset and stats of another one, the stats correct when it evolves so you can have any pokemon with any moveset. You also can create your own shinies by trading the red gyarados from G/S back to red/blue and fusing it with the unevolved form of whatever you want as shiny. Also charizard M acts as the "stop reading here" code so I wonder how Su/Mo will see it.

Reminder that even with No Guard Fissure;

Although, the lack of good Flying/Levitate Pokemon in Alola means it could see some use in VGC17... but oh wait, that requires the Pokemon to explicitly be from Alola (or in other words, have the Black Plus).

No Guard Fissure was pretty much the only thing that wasn't previously legal due to move tutors in FRLG teaching all the important moves that were previously TMs. I guess you could do a gimmick set with Mew and Pay Day or something
