I'm confused, if you're playing the game right now, you either have a DS with CFW or Citra, in either case you can use pkHEX to add items, EV train.

Yeah I can, but still would be great to know if there is a legit way to get it.
Plus I plan to breed a shiny Rowlet and send it over my future Moon version for the main story, I want to be able to reset it afterwards
