I kind of like it.

A lot of the reason is probably that it triggers kids with 12 year old taste because it has girly features but is ugly and isn't a "badass" biped.

I feel like the flavor of its design is pretty cool too. I might use one.

It's not THAT terrible as, say, Oriocario or Chimecho. If you forgo its signature ability and use Strong Jaw, it becomes a decent Water with great Psychic STAB.

I'm ok with most of the designs of gen 7, but all those mons with no evolution really pisses me off because mons with no evolutionary line usually are the most forgetable ones
