How do you guys plan your in-game teams?

I usually go with Blue's team on RBY approach and take
>flying
>psychic or good special sweeper with good movepool
>rock/ground/steel or some bulky mon with good attack
>fire, water and grass

I tend to flex it when there's a Pokémon I really like that's not one of these types. How about you, guys?
