You get 10 of them with each chapter of the UBs post game. And since UBs are easy af to capture with them you'll end up wih a bit less han 40 Beast Balls at the end.

No, other balls work, they just have a lower success rate.

And Beast Balls work on other Pokemon, but have a lower success rate because they're designed specifically for catching UBs.

I bought 30 pokeballs and got a premier ball. I don't remember if it has always been like this, but looks like any number divisble by 10, not just 10 balls.
