Before you ask what OP is talking about, we just found out Water Bubble is essentially Huge Power for Water types in addition to what it already does but the ability description doesn't mention it.

Water Bubble is basically Huge Power for Water moves + Heatproof + no burn. Just to give you an idea, this thing with this ability using any physical Water moves like Liquidation has the equivalent of base 190 Atk.

It's not a total shitmon, and it may have a real doubles niche for sure, but it still has an HP and Attack that are way too lacking to be carried by that ability alone.

Yes the thing in the bubble is its head. Which has a pretty amazing lighting effect for its eyes every time it attacks. This can be seen also, but better in its pre-evo.

Another funny gimmick he has is power split, and unlike 99% of things that get power split he has no moveslot issues since his ability and dogshit base stats make it so he wants to use one water move anyways

Something like Liquidation/Scald or Leech Life/Power Split/Toxic (Entrainment in doubles where it doesn't need to give a shit about being walled by water absorbers) with max defensive investment and a -attack nature would be hilarious.
