I don't know about the specific name but it's supposed to be the "original" magearna before all its paint wore off or something I guess

I injected a shiny Magearna but it looks exactly the same as the regular one.

Yeah, Idk why that is, but the Dex image datamine shows it really is identical

And I looked hard for differences, there are none. I spotted out the slight difference in Marshadow though, so this isn't the same case.

Even Megas have their own dex entries now.

I really hope that the Bank Pokedex that's coming also does this, as there's plenty of pokémon with forms out of the Alola Dex.

This gen we're getting the Magearna QR code not long after release, Marshadow probably next year, and Painted Magearna probably the year after.
