Chained myself a Shiny Cutiefly with a Modest Nature.

Trying to think up a set right now I'm thinking:
Aromatherapy
Pollen Puff
Dazzling Gleam
Quiver Dance
4 HP/252 Sp Atk/252 Speed

Any suggestions for improvement?

Check its Hidden Power. If it gets Ground or Fire, I'd replace Aromatherapy with that.

If not, I like >>29888137 's suggestion of Energy Ball. I just don't think that Ribombee has the defenses to be a cleric.

Aromatherapy doesn't suit what you're going for. It's a clear sweeper build, it's just a waste of a move slot. You can only afford Aromatherapy if you pack a type combination that doesn't get walled by anything, really, like fighting/ghost.
