Scald, Moonblast, Psychic and filler. If doubles Hyper Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Hydro Pump and Moonblast. Maybe you will want to run other stuff in doubles, but Specs will be the most common set, so support moves won't be useful for the most part.

Scald/Sparkling Aria/Hydro Pump, Moonblast, Encore, and pick one from: Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Ice Beam.

It also has access to dual screens but it has no natural recovery so a full-on support set probably isn't feasible.
