B2W2 are my favorite Pokemon games, HGSS are behind by a hair. Just finished Moon and I really liked it but I'm gonna wait til I play through Sun and see how much of my love for it is honeymoon before I can really give it a final verdict. Definitely not on the level of B2W2/HGSS or even Platinum but I feel like a third version of SM with as much content as a usual third version could become my new favorite.

Chances are SM won't send me into an autistic rage about its complete and total disrespect to the atmosphere of the game it is a remake of, since it isn't a remake, but from what I hear it does take a shit on the general tone and lore of the universe that the games had pretty consistent until ORAS.
