So did your favorite pokemone get passed over in the buff department /vp/? Mine did this gen.

I know I sort of don't have much to complain about this considering how it got a passive buff of 121 speed 1st turn now. It also got a pretty fair amount of buffs last gen. So, even if it ended up being outclassed and sort of low class in mega, and it is predictable and easy to work around, oh and you have to spend your mega stone on it but meh it was at least given a pretty cool use.

But man I wouldn't have minded Pidgeot getting a bit more love this gen. It still feels off compared to many of the other normal/flying types for one thing and the alternate birds. Would stuff like extreme speed, leaf storm, boomburst, and maybe an actually ok ability on its default form really be breaking anything?

Granted I guess Fearow, Farfetch'd, Chatot, Unfezant, and Noctowl have it worse. Would have put Dodrio on this list but it getting 110 speed, swords dance, and jump kick pushed it away bad off IMO. Noctowl getting 10 special attack and moon blast and Farfetch'd getting 25 attack sadly isn't helping them much though (unless stick was buffed in some way I don't know of).
