I dunno, more haunting, not sure how to put it. The tiger's cry is just a fucking roar with a few sizzle (?) effects, simply put. Not really that impressive either.
Primarina is just Sylveon 2.0. It's cute, but damn, I have a feeling it's the kind of cry one gets tired of after the umpteenth time.
