It's way more diverse in song structure than XY (which usually just had two distinct long sections that would loop) which is a good thing but some are just too directionless. Like the ELite 4 theme has no reason to be as sinister as it is trying to be (all similar themes have a section that brings back some light hearted fun to remind you this is supposed to be competitive). I do like Guzma and Solgaleo/Lunala's themes though.
