So... Shiinotic is morelull's evolution i really love it its cute and creepy as fuck! However its BST is 405ish... On the flip side it gets moves like Spotlight, and Stregnth Sap that seem pretty strong.

Spotlight: targeted poke gets hit with attacks (+3 priority)

Strength Sap: recovers HP based on opponent's atk, lowers opponent's atk too.

Honestly expected a new Amoonguss, which I kinda dreaded and kinda hoped for. It turned out to be very underwhelming stat wise and in terms of Abilities too, but it did get some nice moves to annoy the shit out of people.

I dunno what to say about this thing.

Fun fact: It's a counterpart of Parasect just as Araquanid is a counterpart of Masquerain. Why they couldn't be counterparts of Amoonguss and e.g. Crustle respectively is beyond me.

Unfortunately right now, Spiky Shield isn't even possible in VGC except on Smeargle, which would almost definitely require an injection.
