People have been playing with the idea of Schooling generating a movepool for it. What if it was specific to each Unown? Unown uses Hidden Power, a move intrinsically tied to IVs. I think its movepool should be the same way.
Make it so each stat has two moves tied to it. One is "high" and the other is "low". When you school, you get 3 moves.
>first move is based on whichever IV is the highest, and grants that stats "high" move>second move is based on lowest IV, and grants that stats "low" move.>last stat is more consistent, and is based on the Unowns form, with each form getting a different attack when it schools.This would give every singe Unown a fairly unique move pool, while still keeping most of its gimmicks intact. It still has a set in stone move pool from its birth, its entire concept is wrapped in its IVs just like hidden power, but it still allows for experimentation with which is the best fit for your team, allows amazing coverage builds not usually possible outside of smeargle, and it encourages collecting a massive number of them just like always.
I feel it would be a perfect niche for Unown to fill.
