Can I literally get my IV's to whatever I want in S&M?
For example, I've been going after a Xurkitree trying to get a Modest one. I've just finally got one now, after 2 hours 30 minutes. It's Sp.atk is 261, but earlier on I ran into a Mild one which had 275 Sp.atk.
I just want to know if the one I have now (Modest) will be as good as the Mild one I got earlier with identical peak Sp.Atk's despite currently being lower now?
