I like the idea for normal Trainers on routes or Team Skull members, but the Elite Four, special trainers, etc. should use regular ones. It gives them some sort of class. Anyone agree?

The class of not being able to afford more expensive balls? Honestly as long as it's not a Great Ball I don't care.

No, if anything they would be the first I'd expect to see using different pokeballs. I think it would work nicely if we had a ball for every type though, and they used the ones specific to their specialisation.
