It's got a typical sue sad backstory, it's got a speshul level of power that is also spoken of in legend and holy fuck it drained up so much time in XYZ for a climax than resulted in fucking nothing, jesus fuck there were plenty of other characters that could've used the time to get fleshed out more. It lost the league in the usual arbitrary style (remember kids, water is weak against fire and strong against grass), did shit during the Flare arc and fucked off with Squishy forever.
Also it doesn't have Protean.
