Incineroar is the perfect Pokemon to end the main game.

>hard counters your starter
>even beats your mascot if you use it

Incineroar is a nightmare if you turned EXP Share off and refused to beat trainers / wild Pokemon. Honestly, the game is very fun if you do this, much more strategy-based. The Totem Lurantis battle was my favorite of the game because of that.
