>>29927134Sm story is a little more unsettling than XY. XY was just someone with a genocide plan. The details could be easily glossed over. With sun moon, you have a mother who would abandon and kill her kids if they got in her way. No way would they do that in an anime where moms are suppose to be loving caretakers. And outside of that, they are taking a much more lighthearted approach compared to XYZ which was easily the darkest the anime got outside movies.
