Certain ones do certain things. They vary slightly in base power, certain ones are physical and others are special, etc.

Decidueye's and Incineroar's both have 180 BP and are physical moves. Ghost and Dark respectively, obviously. Primarina's has 195 BP and is a special Water move.

Others have other effects. A-Raichu's has the lowest BP of the unique Z-Moves at 175 but it always paralyzes the target.

I'd rather use Echoed Voice turning into Breakneck Blitz (100 Power) with her though. After one powerup of Echoed Voice it will already be at 200 Power water stab.

Regardless, Hyper Voice has 90 base power. Echoed Voice starts at 40, then 80, then on your third CONSECUTIVE use will bypass Hyper Voice at 120.

That's 3 turns using the same move in a row, on a bulky water type (not a sweeper) before you're out damaging Hyper Voice.

It's a stupid idea.
