Gen 4 has the best cries without a doubt, for example DELELELE WHOOOP, luxray, roserade, gastrodon, croagunk, mismagius, skuntank, spiritomb, leafeon, glaceon, porygon z, froslass.
I also like wynaut and wobbuffet's cries, they sound like eerie and mysterious beings, i just wish they were used on pokemons more creepy and menacing than those.
