When the dust settles people will probably just use him as a mixed attacker, relying on the terrain boost to make thunderbolt/volt switch actually do good damage, with brave bird thrown in there for the coverage.
130 Speed is lightning fast tho, and access to Roost can create some defensive sets and take the Zapdos route.
