There are literally five version-exclusive Alolan mons. All the others are from earlier gens.

That's why you can't choose. Choosing between something irrelevant and another irrelevant thing is always hard.

Here's an actual image of exclusives. Jesus the misinformation in /vp/ is ridiculous. Keep in mind the lycanroc forms are NOT exclusive, but rockruff only evolved into one version depending on the game. You can find the other form in the wild.
