Every "beneficial" use case anyone presents for it just assumes that it comes in on an opponent that does nothing for its entire stay, can't switch first turn and also won't just kill it or set up in its face unconcerned by those low-BP stabs. It won't work that way even in its home tier of PU.
It's easily one of the worst fully evolved Pokemon of the generation. Do not underestimate how utterly useless a Pokemon who is slow, weak to everything and made of glass at the same time can be.
