Does this seem retarded to anyone else? I mean, everything's leaked, and not EVERYONE is banned. I mean, what's stopping an not-banned person from just wonder trading a shit ton of UBs or Marshadows on release? Are they just trying to prevent that kinda situation, or they just retarded?
