Honestly, Ilima looks like a guy. Flat body, fivehead, no jewelry or adornments on his clothes save the trial captain pin. Even when someone did a female edit of him they had to do it by slapping big ol titties and hips on him, ruining the line of his sweatervest. He's not designed to look curvy except for his hair. He's a fey-looking guy, but a guy.
