Any Pokemon you encounter that can call for help will call for one of the entries directly beneath it. This often includes evolved forms, but also rare cases like Mareanie being found with Corsola.
Also, extra tip: If you see an area that has a number zones of grass but there's one more grass table than there are places in the area, that's rustling grass. If you see an extra table for fishing-obtained Pokemon, that's for swirling water. Both refresh when you exit/re-enter a route (which is not necessarily a fade-out-load transition). Notice that the super-annoying 1% encounter chance Pokemon of an area will usually leap up to like 20% chance in those spots, so knowing this will save you tons of time in catching a rare Pokemon.
