I have a n3ds, last update, with A9HL.
Just have done some testing, I have done this :
Dump and Inject LocalFriendSeed_B from my CFW 2DS (not banned) to my CFW n3ds
Inject a dummy nnidsave (you can download one in the "how to unban video") in my n3ds
Inject a modified Secure_Info_A (console ID) in my n3ds
YEAH, i'm litterally UNBANNED from everything.
You can have the ERROR CODE from banned console if you want to connect your NNID in the settings, but, in fact, you don't have to.
