No idea but if you're determined enough you can hack any firmware 3DS even 11.2 by either hardmodding or the system transfer method.

You could also look on ebay for used ones and ask for the firmware

When signing up for an account to use eshop and such you are signing up with terms of service, of which you broke. Every hacker deserves a perma IP ban for trying to play a game that they literally couldn't wait a single day more for.

Not him, but I got the 002-0102 ban, then checked Miiverse like an idiot and got the 022-2812 ban there. If I try going online in Moon or check my friend's list it's still 002-0102, though, so I'm just overall in the dark and scared. I might be able to find a donor for that friend code seed unbanning method in a couple weeks though if it is permanent.

Yeah, I got hit with the 0102 ban as well in the second ban wave (as I was unaffected until earlier today). Not gonna check Miiverse for sure, if it even matters.

But yeah, we just gotta play the waiting game. Either to be released from the (hopefully) temporary ban, or for somebody to find an even better method of bypassing it in the case that it is permanent.

At least that how usually it is, but the ones that decided doing things like this is Nintendo themselves, so if they decide to permaban all those hundreds of thousands retards that fucked up going online, there's nothing anyone can do about it.
