Where do generic Team grunts go to heal their Pokemon? I'm sure that Pokecenters don't allow their kind to use their facilities

I guess the official members don't need to pay anything
besides, I am sure Pokecenters have an obligation to take everyones Pokemon and heal them
not the Pokemon's fault their trainer is an asshole

Probably their teams base. Magma/Aqua(in ORAS at least) have beds you can nap in while you raid their hideouts that heal your mons, I think Plasma and Galactic bases also have them but not 100% sure on that. In the Orre games, I'm pretty sure they have healing machines in their bases.
