The other 2 starter get good useful moves, something not so common for starter's signature moves, but primarina gets a attack that has a side effect that ruins it, Surf with sound properties would had been okay, but then you add the ability to heal the opponent burn and it is not okay anymore.
More frustating is that you need this to use its signature Z move. I'm just gonna be using Sparkling Aria in-game for the Z move.
