Good to see Diamond and Pearl are three ranks below plat though, the save times alone justify that choice.
Really, I'd put Plat in S, Black, white, Black2, and Whit2 all in C, bump saphire/ruby up to a B, and make a special F rank for Red/Blue for being buggy as fuck. Beyond that though, looks mostly fine. I'm a little curious what makes you put Crystal above Silver/Gold though, it's just a slight variation on the aforementioned games.
