Pregnancy is another argument altogether outside the conversation of commuting sexual acts, but with higher rates of single parent households than ever before, increased dependency rates with the average person still living at home unable to take care of themselves until after their mid 20s, and the human brain not being fully developed until 25, by this logic, it's not ok for anyone to have sex until roughly 25-26.
Fun fact, a 12 year old who has sex, even with her own peer, can still consent on whether or not to have an abortion.
The same 12 year old who apparently cannot consent to sexual acts can nevertheless consent on whether she can be a mother or not without any say from the parents.
