It's recommended you wait for a dump of the legit game. Nintendo could feasibly still detect people who go online with the pre-release leaks, even if you clear your save data, even if you uninstall it and reinstall it. There's only a small chance they'd do it, but better safe than sorry. Just wait a couple hours.
